Car Rental Gurgaon Policies
Refundable security deposit
-
Refundable Security Deposit: To ensure a smooth and secure rental experience, a refundable security deposit of up to INR 5,000 will be charged at the time of your reservation. Please note that during special promotional periods or limited-time offers, this required deposit amount may be significantly lower.
-
Standard Processing Timeline: Once your rental period concludes and the vehicle is successfully returned, your security deposit will be fully inspected and refunded within a standard window of 10 business days from the exact booking end time.
-
Accelerated Refund Options (Fast-Tracked within 4 Days): We understand the importance of quick transactions. To receive your funds much faster, simply select either “Refund to Bank Account” or “Refund to Wallet” directly within the payment gateway when completing your checkout. Choosing one of these preferred payout methods ensures that your security deposit is safely credited back to you within just 4 days of your booking’s completion.
Pricing plans and extra Kms charges
-
-
Kilometre-Based Structure: We provide a variety of pricing plans designed to match your specific travel needs. Each plan features a distinct hourly Kilometre limit.
-
How Your Limit is Calculated: The total permitted kilometres for your reservation are calculated automatically by multiplying your total booking duration (in hours) by the hourly kilometre limit of the specific pricing plan you select at checkout.
-
Extra Kilometre Charges: If your driving distance exceeds the total allocated kilometre limit for your booking, the additional distance will incur extra kilometre charges. Please note that these excess mileage rates vary depending on the specific car model you choose and the operating city.
-
Fuel reimbursement
-
Reimbursement Process: If you opt for a “with fuel” pricing plan and need to refuel during your trip, we will reimburse your fuel expenses. Simply present your fuel bills to our delivery executive when returning the vehicle and permit them to take a photograph of the documents.
-
Important Notice Regarding Original Bills: Please do NOT hand over the original physical bills to the delivery executive. We will not accept responsibility or liability for any lost original bills left in the custody of the delivery executive.
-
Key Terms & Conditions:
-
Immediate Verification: Fuel bills must be presented in person at the time of vehicle return. We are unable to reimburse fuel expenses or receipts shared with us after the vehicle has been returned.
-
Distance Reconciliation: The claimed fuel expense must reconcile reasonably with the total distance traveled during your trip.
-
Mileage Standards: Fuel expenses must align logically with the vehicle’s standard fuel efficiency. To ensure fairness and benefit the user during this reconciliation process, we calculate consumption using a conservative mileage estimate lower than the standard ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) ratings.
-
Valid Dates: The date printed on the fuel bill must fall strictly within your active booking period.
-
Receipt Validity: Hand-written fuel bills are considered invalid and will not be accepted for reimbursement.
-
Cancellations & Modifications before starting the trip
-
Non-Refundable Token Amount: The token amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.
-
Goa Bookings Exception: For all bookings originating in Goa, the total amount paid at the time of reservation is treated as the cancellation charge if canceled, and no refund will be issued. This specific rule supersedes all other standard cancellation terms.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Consequently, cumulative fees can exceed Rs. 5,000 if a booking is modified repeatedly.
-
-
Kilometre Limit Adjustments:
-
Total kilometre limits scale dynamically with the updated duration of your booking. For example, a 40-hour booking on a 10 km/hr plan has a 400 km limit ($40 \times 10$). If shortened to 25 hours, the limit automatically updates to 250 kms ($25 \times 10$).
-
-
Pricing Plan Modifications:
-
Pricing plans (the hourly kilometre allocation) cannot be modified after a booking has been successfully placed.
-
-
Unlimited Kilometres Plan Rules:
-
The unlimited kilometres pricing plan is only available for bookings with a duration greater than 72 hours. If an unlimited-plan booking is modified to a duration under 72 hours, the system will automatically convert it to the highest available plan (maximum kms per hour), and extra kilometre charges will apply if that limit is exceeded.
-
-
Subject to Availability:
-
All requested booking modifications remain strictly subject to vehicle and schedule availability.
-
Trip Extension & Modification Policy (After Trip Start)
-
Subject to Availability: All trip extensions are strictly subject to vehicle availability and depend on the time remaining before your scheduled trip end time.
-
Shortening Policy: For any trip shortening requested after the trip has already started, no charges or fares will be refunded.
-
Kilometre Limit Scaling: All valid extensions automatically accrue an additional kilometre limit based on the extended duration and your selected pricing plan.
Extension Charges & Guidelines

-
If Available: You can postpone your trip end time by paying the standard fare for the extended hours plus a 20% surcharge on that extended fare (subject to a minimum charge of Rs. 500).
-

-

-
If NOT Available (Failure to Return on Time): If the vehicle is not available and you fail to return the car on time, you will incur the revised fare for the extended hours plus a 20% surcharge on the revised fare, combined with a late penalty of Rs. 300 per hour (subject to a minimum of Rs. 500 and a maximum of Rs. 2,500).
-

-
Company Responsibility: In the rare event of mechanical vehicle failure originating from our end, all towing and impounding charges will be covered by us.
